Yebda is currently on a season-long loan switch from Benfica and he has impressed during his stay at Pompey.

The Algeria international is enjoying life in England and claims there is much more to come from him.

"I will get better," Yebda told The News.

"Before I came here I had two months without playing.

Improvement

"So I'm going up and improving and I hope to be at my best as soon as possible.

"It was a dream (to move to the Premier League).

"I will be happy to stay.

"But the most important thing is to play with Portsmouth, to make a big season, and the club and the team.

"Afterwards, we will see.

"The most important thing now is to build on the Wigan game.

"Now I'm here, I will do the best for Portsmouth."
