Jose Mourinho will be without a number of key players for Inter Milan's clash with Dynamo Kiev on Wednesday.
The Nerazzurri travel to Ukraine for a crunch UEFA Champions League game, having drawn their three previous matches in Group F.
Inter currently lie bottom of the group, an will be without Sulley Muntari, Thiago Motta, Wesley Sneijder and possibly Mario Balotelli for the trip to East Europe.
"Muntari can't walk now," the Inter boss told Sky Italia. "Thiago Motta won't probably recover for Wednesday too.
"We recover Chivu, and I hope to recover Balotelli too, who is a new opportunity in attack.
"As for Sneijder today (Sunday) he worked without the ball. He worked with intensity, but playing a game it's different.
"It seems really difficult that he will play."
Muntari picked up an injury in Inter's game against Livorno on Sunday, which the Nerazzurri won 2-0 to extend their lead at the top of Serie A.
