Dundee United's on-loan defender Andy Webster is hoping that his impressive start to the season has caught the eye of Scotland boss George Burley.
The centre-half, on loan from Rangers, has shown the sort of form which earned him 22 caps before a nightmare spell of injuries sidelined him for the best part of three years.
The 27-year-old would love to return to the international fold one day, but at the moment he is solely focused on doing his best for the Terrors.
"Obviously everybody wants to play at international level, and I am no different, but I am not really thinking about that at the moment," he told skysports.com.
"I am just enjoying the chance to play first-team football on a regular basis instead of being sidelined through injury and watching football from the stands.
"My main focus is just to remain free from injury and continue to help Dundee United win games. Hopefully down the line I will get another shot at the international set-up, but that is a long-term ambition."
