Parma starlet Alberto Paloschi has moved to distance himself from reports of an imminent return to AC Milan.
Speculation in Italy is rife that the talented teenager, who is jointly owned by the two clubs in question, could be heading back to the Rossoneri in the New Year as they look to combat their goalscoring problems.
The 19-year-old burst onto the scene at Giuseppe Meazza in February 2008 as he scored just seconds into his Serie A debut.
However, with first-team opportunities hard to come by in Milan he was loaned to Parma for the 2008/09 campaign.
Having helped Francesco Guidolin's side secure promotion back into the top flight, his loan deal was extended for a further season.
He has managed two goals in seven outings this term, suggesting he is capable of providing a potent threat at the top level.
Hard work
However, he claims he is not yet ready to make a move back to a club the size of Milan and believes he will not be going anywhere during the January transfer window.
"I don't feel ready to play for Milan yet," Paloschi is quoted as saying.
"I still have to work hard to deserve the shirt, so I don't think I'll be ready by January."
While keen to avoid any talk of a Milan move for the moment, Paloschi has hinted that he could be persuaded to head back at the end of the current campaign
"At the end of the season, we will evaluate my year and we will see," he added.
