Gunners youngster signs one-month deal

Brighton have signed Arsenal defender Gavin Hoyte on a month's loan. The highly-rated full-back has been allowed to leave Arsenal on loan to gain some valuable first-team experience. The 19-year-old made his debut for Arsenal in September 2008 in the Carling Cup and he has also featured in the Premier League. Seagulls boss Russell Slade has moved for Hoyte after losing Andy Whing to injury and Adam El Abd to suspension. Hoyte, who is the younger brother of Middlesbrough defender Justin, is set to go straight into the Brighton squad for this weekend's game with Yeovil.
