Sheffield United have signed Stoke City striker Richard Cresswell on a three-month loan deal.
Cresswell has found himself well down the pecking order at the Britannia Stadium this season, starting just three games so far this term.
Stoke boss Tony Pulis is willing to loan out Cresswell as he feels he has enough cover in attack.
United have moved for former Sheffield Wednesday star Cresswell to help fill the void created by Jamie Ward's injury.
Cresswell signed in time to make his debut in Tuesday's thrilling 3-3 draw with Ipswich, coming off the bench for the last 14 minutes of the contest at Bramall Lane.
