Barcelona have offered new long-term contracts to Lionel Messi and Andres Iniesta, according to reports in Spain.
Messi and Iniesta were two of the most instrumental figures in Barca's historic 2008/9 campaign, which brought UEFA Champions League success and a domestic double.
The Catalan giants confirmed last month that they were looking to reward the pair and they are now understood to be close to committing their futures to the club until 2016.
Messi's negotiations are said to be at a more advanced stage but Iniesta is also expected to have put pen-to-paper by the start of October.
Both new contracts are set to include buy-out clauses of around €200million (£175million).
