Kevin-Prince Boateng has completed his switch to Portsmouth from Spurs for a fee reportedly in the region of £4million.
The 22-year-old midfielder, who began his career at Hertha Berlin, has signed a three-year contract at Fratton Park
He made just 24 appearances at Spurs after joining in 2007 and spent last season on loan at Borussia Dortmund.
His capture came on a frantic day of transfer activity at Fratton Park which also saw Portsmouth sign Lens striker Aruna Dindane and Wigan midfielder Michael Brown.
Portsmouth boss Paul Hart told the club's official website: "Kevin's a good player and I'm thrilled that we've managed to get him here.
"He's a young player who wants to prove something. Like all the players we've brought in, he's got something to prove.
"He's got tremendous ability and hopefully we can provide the environment to channel that."
