Cardiff City have sealed a deal for Dagenham & Redbridge's highly-rated midfielder Solomon Taiwo, skysports.com understands.
The Bluebirds have been leading the chase for Taiwo following his impressive start to the new season and now they have struck a deal with the League Two side.
Taiwo is now in South Wales putting the finishing touches to the move which will cost Cardiff around £250,000.
Nigerian-born Taiwo began his career at Millwall but the 24-year-old then dropped into non-league football.
He had spells with eight clubs before Dagenham snapped him up from Sutton United in 2008, and he has not looked back since.
