Watford boss Malky Mackay insists there have been no bids for Tamas Priskin and Jon Harley from rival Championship clubs.
Priskin has been linked with a move to Ipswich Town, while Nottingham Forest have reportedly made a £500,000 offer for experienced full-back Harley.
Hungarian striker Priskin has just 12 months remaining on his contract at Vicarage Road and has turned down the offer of an extension.
However, Mackay says he has not received any offers for Priskin and is not concerned about the prospect of losing the 23-year-old.
Mackay told the Watford Observer: "There is nothing at the moment in terms of Tamas.
"I am seeing what you are seeing in terms of press speculation, but until such times that something would come in, then I would have to look at it and then react to it."
The Hornets chief also dismissed suggestions that Forest had made a move for Harley, who made 43 appearances last season after his arrival from Burnley.
"I saw a report in the paper concerning something like £500,000 from Forest," added Mackay. "There has been no bid for John Harley, absolutely no bid for him."
