Three offers on the table for Serbian striker

Former Hertha Berlin striker Marko Pantelic claims to have received a number of offers this summer. The Serbia international is currently available as a free agent after failing to earn a new contract at Olympiastadion. Having consistently been among the goals throughout his career, the 30-year-old is not expected to be without a club for long. Pantelic certainly believes that will prove to be the case, insisting he is in the process of weighing up offers from inside Germany and further afield. "There are three clubs in for me," he told Bild. "Two of them are from the Bundesliga and one from another country. I expect to have a new club very soon." Reports in Germany suggest Schalke could be one of the clubs monitoring Pantelic's situation, with boss Felix Magath recently admitting that he is in the market for a new striker.
