Reported Aston Villa target Stanislav Manolev has joined Dutch side PSV Eindhoven.
The 23-year-old Bulgarian defender has signed a three-year contract for an undisclosed fee, with an option for two more years.
He has switched from Bulgarian Cup winners Litex Lovech, who said they had turned down offers from Aston Villa and Cologne for the player, who broke into Bulgaria's senior team last year.
A special clause in the contract banned Litex from disclosing the transfer fee but the club said they had negotiated to receive 20 percent of Manolev's next transfer.
