Newly-promoted Le Havre have handed a trial to Leeds United's French winger Seb Carole.
Carole joined The Whites on a free transfer in the summer of 2006, but has struggled to hold down regular football during his time at Elland Road.
The 25-year-old did feature in 28 League One games last term - 17 as a starter - although fans were often frustrated by his inconsistent displays.
It now seems United boss Gary McAllister is willing to part company with the former Monaco man after allowing him to link up with the newly-promoted side on trial.
It has proved a somewhat quiet period for Leeds this summer with only Andy Robinson and Alan Sheehan joining, although Carole could now be one heading for the exit door.
