Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp has dismissed transfer speculation surrounding a host of players.
Pompey have been linked with a £15million move for Benfica's Brazilian defender Luisao with reports suggesting that as recently as two weeks ago they sent scouts to Portugal to keep an eye on him in Benfica's 2-0 defeat to Porto.
But Redknapp has rubbished such reports, insisting he has not heard of him, as well as quashing talk regarding Spurs' Pascal Chimbonda and West Brom defender Paul Robinson.
"Luisao - who? Sorry, don't know him," Redknapp told The News.
"Chimbonda, no, he's a right-back and I've got the best right-back in England in Glen Johnson. I don't need another.
"I don't need Paul Robinson either, no. He's a good little player, but no."
