Barcelona legend Xavi was given the honour of lifting the Champions League trophy after his last game for the club.
The Spain midfielder is joining Qatari side Al-Sadd in the summer, leaving the club he joined as a boy over 20 years ago.
Luis Enrique's side beat Juventus 3-1 to secure the trophy and complete a stunning treble - their second in six years.
Xavi came on for Andres Iniesta with 12 minutes remaining in Berlin, and was handed the captain's armband in his farewell appearance, before he then lifted the trophy to spark wild celebrations.
