Wolves have won their appeal against Bakary Sako's contentious red card in the 2-2 Championship draw with Watford.

The forward had been due to miss three games after being sent off for violent conduct in Saturday's draw with the Hornets.

Sako was dismissed for allegedly pushing Fernando Forestieri but there appeared to be little contact.

Head coach Kenny Jackett called Forestieri "poor" but Wolves have now won their appeal.

Jackett told the official site: "We are delighted that Bakary's red card has been overturned.

"It's great news for everyone at the club and we can now look forward to Saturday's game with him available to us."
