Coventry boss Steven Pressley has revealed that a loan deal for Bolton winger Sanmi Odelusi is "close".

Pressley also confirmed that he is looking to bring in "one or two" players before Monday's transfer deadline. Odelusi has been training with the Sky Blues' squad this week and the club are hoping to tie up a deal before Saturday's clash with Rochdale. "We hope to tie up a deal with Sanmi soon," Pressley told the official club website. "Ideally before the game tomorrow. "It's just a case of finalising some things, I believe he could be a real asset to the team." Referring to future targets, he added: "We still want to bring in another attacking player. "There may be one additional midfield player too so we're hopeful of one or two more transfers. "That is what we'd like to do but whether that happens or not there are no guarantees." One player Coventry have been linked with Gary Madine, whose loan deal from Sheffield Wednesday expired this week. Pressley confirmed that the club will continue to assess Madine's situation, with the player keen to return to the Ricoh Arena.
