Midfielder Alex Marrow has had his contract at Carlisle terminated by mutual consent.
Marrow had been in negotiations with the League Two club regarding his future, with both parties keen to part ways. The 24-year-old joined the Cumbrians in July, having been signed by former manager Graham Kavanagh, on a one-year deal and made five appearances. Boss Keith Curle was keen to offload some members of his squad this month in order to free up finance to make his own additions.
