Peterborough United have signed goalkeeper Scott Loach on loan from Rotherham United.

The 26-year-old, who has made just two starts for the Millers and spent a short spell with League Two Bury earlier this season, arrives following an injury to first-choice keeper Ben Alnwick. 'I jumped at the opportunity of coming to Peterborough," the former Watford man told the club's official website. "As a keeper, you need first team football and when I heard of the club's interest, it was a move I was keen to make. I have played against Peterborough a few times in my Watford days and they are a tough opponent."
