Swindon defender Darren Ward has moved to League One rivals Crawley on loan for the rest of the season.
Ward, 36, has a wealth of experience having made over 600 career appearances but he is yet to appear for the Robins this season. "Darren is a winner first and foremost," interim manager Dean Saunders told Crawley's official website. "He's experienced and is a very solid defender who knows his own game inside-out. He's a warrior and I think he is just what we need. "We've got a lot of young players in our squad and someone like Darren, who has played a lot of games, is just what we need. We're really pleased to have him with us."
