Cardiff City have completed the signing of left-back Scott Malone from Millwall for an undisclosed transfer fee.
The 23-year-old former England U19 international has signed a contract with the Bluebirds which runs until June 2017.
Malone started his career with Wolves before moving on to Bournemouth after loan spells at Southend and Burton.
He then joined Millwall from the Cherries in May 2012 and has since made 71 appearances for the Lions in which he has scored five goals.
Malone told Cardiff’s official website: “With my contract soon to expire at Millwall, I was looking for a new challenge; a few clubs were interested, but when I heard Cardiff City was one of them it was an easy decision to make.
“The manager didn’t need to persuade me at all into making this decision, I wanted to come and be part of his plans. I’m very happy to be here and eager to get started."
