Watford boss Slavisa Jokanovic has challenged Hornets skipper Troy Deeney to match his goals tally of last season.
Striker Deeney, back in the Hornets side after a spell out injured, hit a hat-trick in Friday's 5-0 win at Fulham and now has seven goals for the campaign.
And Vicarage Road boss Jokanovic expects the 26-year-old to have equalled last term's 24-goal haul by May.
"He returned after an injury problem and has been working step by step," said Jokanovic.
"Troy is now starting to be really important for us again, just like he has always been for Watford.
"We expect so much from Troy. He scored 24 times last season and he needs many goals to reach that target again.
"However, I, his team-mates and the supporters expect him to reach that target again."
