Aston Villa full-back Enda Stevens has returned to Doncaster, initially on a one-month loan deal.
The 24-year-old Irishman made 14 appearances for Rovers last season and rejoins after recently completing a short spell with Northampton. Paul Dickov told the club website: "He's come in, signed the forms and we're just waiting on Football League approval. "It's a good fit, so we're delighted to have him back. He knows the players, the club, myself and what we're like, plus the fact he's been getting games under his belt means he's not playing catch-up." Stevens will be available to play in Saturday's FA Cup first-round tie at Weston-super-Mare.
