Scunthorpe have confirmed the extension of Peterborough defender Shaun Brisley's loan deal.
Brisley, who joined the Iron towards the end of September, will now remain with Posh's League One rivals until January 3, 2015. His initial deal expired after Scunthorpe's game against Notts County. Due to the terms of the loan, he was unable to play against Peterborough last weekend. The 24-year-old centre-half has made six appearances for the Iron so far.
