Transfer news: Former Crystal Palace striker Ibra Sekajja agrees terms with Inverness

Former Crystal Palace striker Ibra Sekajja has agreed terms with Inverness Caledonian Thistle and signed a contract until January 2015.

The Scottish Premiership club have retained an option to extend the 21-year-old's deal to the end the of the season.

Sekajja has been training with the first team for the past two weeks and has impressed manager John Hughes.

Hughes said: "We said we intended taking our time to bring in any players and were not going to be rushed in to making any snap decisions just because the transfer window was closing. 

"We have had our eye on Ibra for sometime and he came up to join the boys two weeks ago and has really impressed with his skill and hunger for the game. He is being given the opportunity to push on with his career and what better place to achieve this than Inverness.”

Sekajja said "I have been up training with the lads for two weeks now and have thoroughly enjoyed my time but I am now looking forward to getting going and helping the club maintain their current rate of progress in the Premiership.
