Business as usual for Vincelot

Romain Vincelot says it is business as usual at Leyton Orient despite boss Russell Slade's possible departure.

Slade, who brought the midfielder to Brisbane Road from Brighton, remains odds-on favourite to be appointed as Cardiff's new boss with Orient having rejected three attempts to open dialogue with their manager. "I want him to stay here," he told London 24. "I think there are a lot of things going on. As a player I just want to play the game and have a good manager with us. "Obviously he's done a really good job so I wish he is going to stay with us. "I think when you are a professional footballer you are used to the speculation. There are always rumours about player transfers and managers. When he comes in we just speak about the game so if there is something else, it's not our business. "He as a professional just comes in and does the job, so from the inside we have no information. "As a player, your job is to be good on the pitch. It's business as usual."
