Sunderland defender Scott Harrison has returned to Hartlepool for a second loan spell.
Harrison finished last season at Victoria Park, making six appearances as Colin Cooper's side narrowly avoided relegation from the Football League. The 21-year-old centre-back returned to the ground with his parent club for a pre-season friendly but he is yet to play a competitive game for the Black Cats. Harrison started his career at Darlington and has also been on loan Bury.
