Blackburn Rovers are open to offers for forward duo Leon Best and Ruben Rochina as they look to cut costs, Sky Sports understands.
The Championship club need to reduce costs to conform with the new Financial Fair Play regulations which have been implemented for 2014/15 season.
Rovers boss Gary Bowyer is continuing to make astute additions to a squad that has been significantly overhauled since the start of 2013/14 season, as he looks to build a squad strong enough for another push for promotion.
Best, who had a spell on loan at Sheffield Wednesday last season, was placed on the transfer list in May and is being tracked by a number of Championship sides after scoring five goals in 16 appearances for the Owls.
Spanish forward Rochina, meanwhile, has spent the second half of the past two seasons back in his native Spain, having linked up with Real Zaragoza in 2013 and then Rayo Vallecano last campaogn.
Rochina joined Rovers from Barcelona B in 2011, and several Spanish sides are thought to be weighing up moves for the 23-year-old.
