League Two newcomers Luton Town have re-signed Andy Drury from League One Crawley on a two-year deal.

The Hatters confirmed they paid £100,000 to secure the 30-year-old's services and he joins with a wealth of experience, with over 300 professional appearances under his belt. Hatters fans will know what to expect from Drury as he spent half a season with the club in 2010/11, scoring eight goals in 26 appearances, before moving onto Ipswich after half a season. He is manager John Still's fourth summer signing ahead of Luton's return to the Football League. Still told the club's official website: "We've had to be patient to sign Andy but now we have secured his signature I'm absolutely thrilled. "He's a very experienced player and who has got that extra nous too. He's played in the Championship and in League 1 in recent seasons and I know what he's capable of." Drury, who made 46 appearances last season, said of his return to Kenilworth Road: "I've come back to Luton as a better player than when I left. "It's a great opportunity for me, this club might be back in the Football League now but it is still not at the level it deserves to be."
