Newport's top scorer Chris Zebroski could commit his future to the Exiles in the coming days, according to boss Justin Edinburgh.
The former Torquay and Millwall forward scored 13 goals for Edinburgh's side, despite having spent three months on the sidelines with a knee injury. "We're advanced," Edinburgh said to BBC Wales about Zebroski's contract talks. "I'm still in dialogue with Chris' representatives probably for the last week, 10 days. "I'm pretty confident we can probably get something concluded and sealed within the next two or three days. "We're not a million miles away so I don't foresee that being a problem."
