Tranmere have bolstered their attacking options with the signing of Fleetwood winger Junior Brown on loan for the rest of the season.

The League One club have been looking to bring a new wide man in since Matthew Kennedy returned to Everton in the midst of his own loan spell. Brown, 24, has appeared in 31 games for Fleetwood this season, although he has scored just once after being the top scorer in the previous campaign. "Junior ticks all the boxes for us; he's quick, mobile, technically very good and a good age," Tranmere assistant manager John McMahon said. "We've been aware of him for a while and he gives us options as he can play wide left, wide right or left-back."
