Torquay midfielder Joss Labadie has been charged with misconduct by the Football Association for an alleged biting incident last month.
The misconduct took place during the Gulls' 3-1 defeat at Chesterfield on February 15 and the Notts County loanee has until 6pm on March 6 to respond to the charge. "It is alleged that the player's behaviour in or around the 49th minute of this fixture constituted violent conduct," an FA statement said.
