Jose Mourinho discusses the Champions League and explains why 11 Azpilicuetas would win it.

Jose on...Champions League obsession

"The Champions League is the competition that I think everyone wants to win in football. At club level it's the biggest competition, the competition where normally every big club is. So obviously it is the competition that every big club wants and every player, every coach dreams to win."

Jose on...Chelsea's chances

"I think Chelsea in the Champions League was a little bit like the profile of the team that we are in this moment. We are not yet a stable team, we are not yet a team ready to perform consistently, game after game, week are week, we are a team with little up and downs. Four victories and two defeats I think shows a little bit the quality of the team but at the same time a little bit that inconsistency."

Jose on...Cesar Azpilicuetas

"This is the kind of player I like a lot. I think a team with 11 Azpilicuetas would probably win the competition because football is not just about the pure talent, football is also about character and personality and Azpilicuetas has all the traces of that winning personality."

Jose on...Oscar

"Oscar obviously is a different profile - he has a fantastic talent, he plays his second year in Chelsea, he players more or less second year also in the Brazilan national team so he is coming step by step. Physically he needs time to put himself in a top condition. Tactically he is a very open boy that wants very much to learn and obviously technically he is the typical Brazilian talent so Oscar also has everything to make some history in the competition."

Jose on...Galatasaray

"Last season I played against Galatasaray so I know well the team, I know well the atmosphere, I know well the difficulties to play against them - especially in Turkey but not just in Turkey. So we are playing against a team that is a little bit the opposite of we are. They are a very experienced team, top players, big atmosphere at home and people that know how to compete and people that know how to create difficulties. And for sure by playing the first at Istanbul they are going to give us a difficult time."
