Plymouth striker Nick Chadwick's second spell at the club is over after Argyle agreed to release him from his contract.

The 31-year-old, who had been on loan to Skrill Premier side Tamworth until last week, made 83 appearances for the club between 2005 and 2008 before returning in 2011. He departs having played 137 times for the Pilgrims. "Everyone at Home Park thanks Nick for his considerable contribution to the Green cause and wishes him well for the remainder of his career," a club statement read.
