Sheridan upset by Obadeyi exit

Plymouth boss John Sheridan admits he would have liked to have kept Tope Obadeyi at Home Park.

The 24-year-old has returned to Bury after a 10-game spell with Plymouth which ended with a fine performance as they drew 2-2 with Port Vale on Saturday. And Sheridan says he will monitor the game time Obadeyi is getting back at Gigg Lane. "Bury want him back, but I would keep him if I could," he told the Plymouth Herald. "Unfortunately, he's not my player. I think Tope would like to stay as well, but that's by the by. "Tope can play left, right or down the middle and he has got that genuine pace so he will always cause teams problems. "He wanted games, and if he's not playing at Bury I will keep an eye on it."
