Three-game ban for Seaborne

Coventry defender Dan Seaborne has been handed a three-game ban by the FA after admitting a charge of violent conduct.

Seaborne, on loan from Yeovil, was involved in an incident with Oldham striker Jonson Clarke-Harris during the 1-1 home draw on Sunday which was not seen by the match officials but was captured on video. The club have until 6pm to decide whether to appeal. Manager Steven Pressley told the club's official website: "Dan Seaborne has been given a three-match suspension. The match-day observer noticed an incident in the first half which he reported to the FA. "They have taken appropriate action and given him a three-match ban. We have until 6pm to decide whether or not to appeal the decision and we are still in discussions whether we are going to appeal or not. "The risk with an appeal is if we lose the appeal, Dan (Seaborne) could get a further ban and miss more matches so we have to look at it."
