Orient boss backing Bartley

Leyton Orient boss Russell Slade is confident his side can cope without Romain Vincelot when they head to Oldham on Saturday.

Midfielder Vincelot has enjoyed an impressive start to the season but is suspended this weekend after his red card in the 1-1 draw with Walsall which brought an end to the O's 100% record. Slade is set to turn to Marvin Bartley to replace the Frenchman and has urged the Burnley loanee to grasp his opportunity. "These things will catch up with us from time to time, and we just have to make sure that whoever comes in we are nice and solid," said Slade. "If it is Barts the he has an opportunity to prove what he can do."
