Chesterfield's teenage striker Jacob Hazel is set to join Norwegian club Sprint-Jeloy on loan.

The 19-year-old striker, who signed a new one-year deal at the end of last season, has agreed a temporary switch to the third division side and will fly out to Norway once the relevant paperwork has been completed. He told Chesterfield's official website: "I'm buzzing about the move. It'll be a new experience for me and I can't wait to go there." Hazel, who had spells on loan at Matlock Town and Workington last season, travelled to Norway last month to discuss a move to Moss. Sprint-Jeloy head coach Gard H Kristiansen is looking forward to working with the young player, saying: "Feedback on him is very good and we are very happy that this has worked out."
