Hanson longs for Reid return

Bradford striker James Hanson is looking forward to team-mate Kyel Reid's return to the first team following a lengthy injury.

Reid has missed the last nine weeks with a long-term groin problem, which has ruled him out of the Bantams last 14 games. That period coincided with a 16-game goalless run for Hanson, but having broken his goal-scoring duck in the 3-3 draw at Bristol Rovers on Saturday, the 25-year-old front man says he can't wait for Reid's return. He told the Bradford Telegraph & Argus: "It will be a big help when Reidy's back because you know exactly what sort of winger he is. I hope Thommo (Garry Thompson) will do the same on the other side. "You want that sort of supply and hopefully now the first one has gone in, I can go on a little run. I'd like to get to 10 by the end of the year. "I've had some good chances in the past couple of games. But I kept going and finally got my reward."
