Ross County have agreed deals to sign defensive duo Mihael Kovacevic and Jonathan Bateson on one-year contracts.

Ross County have agreed deals to sign defensive duo Mihael Kovacevic and Jonathan Bateson on one-year contracts.
Kovacevic and Bateson have both been training with the SPL new boys recently and have done enough to earn deals with Derek Adams' side.
Adams had been keen to improve his defensive options and is pleased to have strengthened his back-line ahead of the new season.
"When they came here and saw the facilities, the atmosphere and the organisation they were keen to join," said Adams in the Daily Record.
"We can't compete on wages with other clubs but, if we can get players up here and show them what the club is all about, it makes the difference."
Former Dundee United defender Kovacevic had a spell with Croatian side Zadar last season, while Bateson left Macclesfield Town at the end of last term.
