Sought-after Heerenveen striker Bas Dost is attracting plenty of interest but is waiting for a high-profile offer from England or Italy, according to his agent.
Dost has turned heads with his exploits in the Eredivisie this season, finishing as the Dutch top-flight's top scorer with 32 goals.
A host of European clubs are thought to be chasing the Netherlands Under-21 international, with Everton and West Ham among the Premier League sides believed to be interested.
Dost's agent, Carmine Coviello, has also repeated his claim the 23-year-old snubbed an approach from Aston Villa - an assertion former manager Alex McLeish was quick to deny last month.
Clubs in the Bundesliga are thought to be keen on the hitman, with reports earlier this week suggesting Wolfsburg are frontrunners for his signature, while in Italy he is believed to have caught the eye of Genoa, Fiorentina and Bologna.
But Italian agent Coviello insists Dost is waiting for a big offer from the Premier League or Serie A and insists it will take between €10-12million to prise him away from Heerenveen.
He told tuttomercatoweb.com: "Many clubs like Dost. There is a lot of appreciation for the boy but it is too early to mention names.
"Heerenveen are asking for €10-12million for him. His price has increased after a sensation season in the Eredivisie.
"He is wanted in the English market, having recently said no to Aston Villa.
"There are also requests in Germany, but Dost is waiting for an important offer from Italy or England."
