League Two club Burton Albion have offered new contracts to midfield duo Jack Dyer and Jimmy Phillips.
Both players' current deals expire at the end of the season, but Burton's caretaker manager Gary Rowett confirmed fresh terms have been put to the pair.
Dyer has featured regularly in recent weeks, while former Stoke City youngster Phillips has made over 30 appearances this season.
"Jack has a good opportunity to come back next season and be the number one midfielder at the club," said Rowett in the Burton Mail.
"Jimmy has the key elements in terms of energy, athleticism and ability.
"He needs to be scoring half-a-dozen goals a season and setting up more than that but he is still young and he can still improve."
