Dorman: Pirates plain sailing

Andy Dorman has managed to find the plus side of working under three different managers during his four-month loan spell at Bristol Rovers.

The midfielder joined Rovers at the beginning of November last year after agreeing to team up with then boss Paul Buckle at the Memorial Stadium. After a string of poor results, Buckle was sacked in January and since then the Pirates have been led by both caretaker Shaun North and new chief Mark McGhee. But despite the quick turnaround in management, Dorman has picked out the positives. "The positive is that you get to see the way three different people want to get their team to play," he said. "Each has their own different style and it's an interesting position to have been in but we are starting to get results now. "We've had a few good results lately and that is keeping everyone positive. It's been a tough time in the league this season but more recently we've been winning games and getting on a roll."
