AFC Wimbledon manager Terry Brown has revealed that young midfielder Brendan Kiernan remains a big part of his plans for the future.
Kiernan, 19, joined non-league Braintree Town on a month's loan late last week and made his debut in Saturday's win over Barrow. Brown said: "Brendan is in our long-term plans and recently signed a new contract. "He came on and made a positive impact for us in the last two matches but it is important he is getting more game time. The move will let him gain experience in what we know is a very strong league."
