Soares' impressive form for Blue Square Bet Premier side Hayes & Yeading has caught the attention of a number of Championship, League One and League Two sides.
The 26-year-old, who only joined Hayes & Yeading in the summer after leaving Southend, has scored 13 goals from midfield and has been the shining light for Hayes & Yeading in a disappointing campaign for the club.
The former Reading trainee is believed to have enjoyed trials at Nottingham Forest and Blackpool in recent weeks as clubs weigh up moves for Soares.
Hayes & Yeading are bracing themselves for bids for Soares in this month's transfer window and are unlikely to stand in his way if a suitable offer is made for him.
