Newport County starlet Andrew Hughes could be set for a move into the Football League, skysports.com understands.
The 19-year-old defender spent time with Cardiff City's youth academy before linking up with Newport.
He has progressed through Newport's youth system and was given his full debut in late 2008.
He has since emerged as one of the Exiles' top players and now his progress is being tracked by a host of clubs.
Coventry, Ipswich and Charlton are all believed to have been impressed with Hughes and are believed to be considering bids.
