Exeter assistant boss Richard Duffy has admitted the Grecians lack confidence after a miserable run of form.
City did not win a match in September, losing four and drawing one, and Duffy acknowledged that streak has left the squad a little down in the dumps. But Duffy has backed the players to find a way out of the mess they currently find themselves in. "The confidence is obviously low at the moment because of where we are in the table," he told the Western Morning News. "But you always have to be confident you can get out of the hole we are at the moment. "We are in a rut and we have to grind a result out from somewhere and then, from there, we will see where it turns."
