St Mirren have signed Burnley teenager Joe McKee on loan until January, subject to receiving international clearance.
McKee has spent the past two years with Burnley after joining from Livingston, but has yet to make a first-team appearance for the club.
He was on the bench for the Carling Cup tie against Burton Albion earlier this month and has now been allowed to link up with St Mirren.
The midfielder will stay with the Buddies until the New Year and joins former Clarets striker Steven Thompson at the SPL club.
The Scotland Under 19 international could be in contention to be involved in the St Mirren squad for Sunday's game against Old Firm giants Celtic.
