Serie A club move for Romanian winger

Dinamo Bucharest president Gabriel Borcea has confirmed Udinese have made an offer for talented starlet Gabriel Torje. The bid from the Serie A could be a record figure paid for an Eastern European player, according to Borcea. However, the club are currently unwilling to make a decision on the 21-year-old's future until after this week's fixtures. "We'll discuss the offer after our matches on Thursday (in the Europa League) and Sunday," Borcea told Mediafax. "It's good to have an offer. I don't think any player from Eastern Europe has been sold for such a sum before." Torje, who began his career with Timisoara, joined Dinamo in 2008 and has made 140 appearances in Romania's top flight, scoring 18 goals. He has previously been linked with the likes of Chelsea, Tottenham, Lille and big-spending Paris Saint Germain.
