Plymouth Argyle secured a 2-1 victory over non-league side Torpoint in their first pre-season friendly.
Two first-half goals from winger Jed Harper-Penman were enough to see Argyle win. Coach Adam Sadler told Argyle's official website: "I'm really pleased with Jed.' "What we saw were two outstanding finishes, especially the first one." Sadler added: "I was really pleased with Torpoint and we'll definitely be coming back during the season if we can get a game at the same high quality as that."
